La Rubia Cuban Bakery was born from the dream of two friends with Cuban roots who shared one purpose: to share the richness of Cuban cuisine and spread its essence to more people.
Inspired by family breakfasts around a freshly brewed cafecito, Sunday lunches with Cuban sandwiches,
and afternoons filled with sweet guava pastelitos, they decided to create a place where tradition meets modern flavor.
